Exhibitor Move-out:
Saturday, March 15, 2025, no later than 7pm.

Saturday, March 15:
6:30-7:45am: Breakfast
10-10:30: Break
12-1pm: Lunch
3-3:30pm: Break
5-6pm: Reception

Parking:
Parking at UT Health San Antonio (on the weekend) is free, except handicap spaces and tow-away zones.

PAYMENT INFO:
Requests received without payment will not be confirmed until the appropriate payment is received. 

Credit Card: When you select the option to pay by credit card, you will be taken to a secure credit card payment site.

Check: When you select the option to pay by check, you will receive an email with instructions on payment.
Wire Transfer: When you select the option to pay by wire transfer, you will receive an email form with instructions.

Such factors such as preferred placement away from or near another exhibitor are considered. Please note that although we will make every effort to accommodate your preference, placement according to preference is not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refund less 25% if cancelled by February 14, 2025. Refund less 75% if cancelled on or before February 28, 2025. Positively no refund for cancellations thereafter.
